Delicious spherical-shaped fritters, handmade, light, fragrant, with a soft heart. Obtained from a slow processing and fermentation of the dough, with Doratelle you can perceive and savour the intense flavour of our wheat.

Thanks to their delicate flavour, they are versatile and can accompany an aperitif, can be paired with savoury creams, with our vegetables, cheeses and cured meats. The sweet version is also interesting: they can become delicious small pastry creations.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 160°C for about 7 min.
- Convection oven: 160°C for about 8 min.
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 7 min
