“PANCIOTTE” - potatoes, bacon and rosemary

Very tasty and delicious, Panciotte are small cubes of potatoes and bacon flavoured with fragrant rosemary needles. After selecting the ingredients, they are chopped, seared and wrapped in a light crust of wheat flour, pre-cooked and deep-frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method to offer the best of their freshness and authenticity.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 180°C for about 6 min.
- Convection oven: 170°C for about 10 min.
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 11 min.
