FRITTERS WITH COURGETTES, RICOTTA CHEESE AND MINT

A tasty and inviting fritter thanks to the freshness of mint accompanying the delicate flavour of courgettes and the pleasant taste of ricotta cheese. A freshness that captures the palate and enhances our well-being, thanks to the healthy virtues of courgettes, rich in vitamins and mineral salts.
After selecting the ingredients, the courgettes are washed, seared, shredded and wrapped in a light crust of wheat flour, pre-cooked and deep-frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method to best preserve their flavour and freshness.

The courgette, ricotta and mint fritters are ideal appetisers, finger food, or are ideal at happy hour, to accompany an aperitif or buffet or to serve while waiting to start lunch or dinner.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 180°C for about 9 min.
- Convection oven: 160°C for about 13 min.*
*For optimal crunchiness open the oven door twice during baking
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 12 min.
