FRITTERS WITH COURGETTES AND SHRIMPS

A delicious fritter that combines two flavours, that of the land and that of the sea. A fabulous combination, a fresh and inviting flavour. After selecting the ingredients, the courgettes are washed, seared, shredded and wrapped in a light crust of wheat flour, pre-cooked and frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method.

A tasty and balanced product thanks to the beneficial properties of the ingredients: shrimps contain a powerful antioxidant that stimulates cell regeneration, while courgettes contain vitamins and folic acid.

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 190°C for about 9 min.
- Convection oven: 160°C for about 12 min.*
*For optimal crunchiness open the oven door twice during baking
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 12 min.
