ARTICHOKE WEDGES

The artichoke is a real mine of active ingredients and boasts special therapeutic virtues. It has very few calories, is very tasty and rich in fibre, it contains a good amount of sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamins (A, B1, B2, C, PP). It has appetite-regulating properties, promotes diuresis and is highly valued for its tonic and detoxifying characteristics. We harvest the artichokes by hand, clean them and use the tender heart for our artichoke wedges au naturel.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
place the frozen product in a cold pan with 20 ml of water per layer of vegetables, cover and cook over a moderate heat for 4 min. Remove the lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
