COMMON ASPARAGUS FERN

The common asparagus fern is a very old wild species, a prized variety as it is thinner than the common asparagus. Its pleasant flavour combines with the fragrance and delicate taste of chives. After careful selection, the common asparagus fern is washed, seared and shredded to be wrapped in a light crust of wheat flour, pre-cooked and deep-frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method to offer the best in freshness.

Ideal for appetisers or finger food, happy hour, to accompany an aperitif or buffet or to serve while waiting to start lunch or dinner.
