The common asparagus fern is a very old wild species, a prized variety as it is thinner than the common asparagus. Its pleasant flavour combines with the fragrance and delicate taste of chives. After careful selection, the common asparagus fern is washed, seared and shredded to be wrapped in a light crust of wheat flour, pre-cooked and deep-frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method to offer the best in freshness.
Ideal for appetisers or finger food, happy hour, to accompany an aperitif or buffet or to serve while waiting to start lunch or dinner. It can be served as a side dish, to accompany both meat and fish, or as a main course and combined with other ingredients. Asparagus with chives in a wheat flour crust interpreted by our chefs.

- Air fryer: 170°C for about 8 min.
- Convection oven: 170°C for about 8 min.
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 9 min.
