We pick the baby artichokes when they are still small and delicate, when the heart is tender and full of flavour. They are then peeled, cut into wedges, seared au naturel, hand-wrapped in a light crust of wheat flour, pre-cooked and deep-frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method, to offer the best of their flavour and quality.
Rich in iron and minerals, our baby artichokes promote diuresis and reduce capillary fragility. They are ideal appetisers or finger food, for happy hour or to accompany an aperitif.
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 170°C for about 8 min.
- Convection oven*: 170°C for about 9 min.
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 8 min.
*For optimal crunchiness open the oven door twice during baking.
