COURGETTE FLOWERS

Delicious and fragrant courgette flowers, grown in our soil rich in humus and microelements essential for their growth. We only pick the male flowers at night, to preserve their natural beauty and freshness. The next morning, they are peeled by hand, washed and manually wrapped in a light wheat flour crust, pre-cooked and frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method to preserve their delicate taste and flavour.

For the wheat flour crust we use our own wheat grains milled by an agricultural mill, which allows us to obtain zero flour with wheat germ, the noblest part of the grain from an organoleptic point of view. 

Informations

Courgette flowers are healthy due to their refreshing and diuretic properties and are very digestible. Combined with the crispy crust, their flavour is irresistible.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 170°C for about 8 min.
- Convection oven: 170°C for about 8 min.
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 9 min
