Sage is an aromatic plant whose leaves have a unique scent, halfway between spicy and bitter. We pick them by hand, wrap them in a light wheat flour crust, then they are pre-cooked and deep-frozen with the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method, to offer the best of their taste and quality.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
dip the sealed product into oil at 170°C and cook it for about 2 minutes.
