A unique lightness, a delicate flavour, few calories and a high digestibility: these are the peculiar characteristics of courgette flowers, that always inspire and show the talent of every chef. We carefully select courgette seeds and we plant them with old natural methods (aged manure, green manure of leguminous plants, grasses and cruciferae) that enrich the soil with naturally organic substances to obtain the best variety.


It is a delicious vegetable that can be consumed in many different ways, a source of taste and well-being that  embellishes our table with its flavour and its colours, providing us with a large quantity of vitamins such as Vitamin A, C and D and mineral salts, potassium and calcium that are useful to our health. We harvest our flowers only at night and only the ripe ones. Studies and different types of research and analyses in collaboration with our researchers showed that during the night the plant completes its vital cycle and releases all the essential elements to the flowers, transferring all the positive features of nature.
