Pettole are delicious fritters made with a very light and fragrant dough, soft thanks to the flour obtained from the cultivation of our carefully selected wheat. Flavoured with fragrant parsley and tasty cheese, the fritters are handmade, pre-cooked and then deep-frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method to preserve their fragrance, colour and delicate flavour.
Very few aromas are so widely used in cooking as parsley, which blends harmoniously with all flavours. Together with the cheese and fragrant batter, these Pettole fritters are simple and tasty.
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 170°C for about 7 min.
- Convection oven: 170°C for about 7 min.
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 9 min.
