We harvest the sweet olives from Apulia when they are fully ripe in the early autumn season, starting in mid-September in warmer areas. We remove their stones and skins and then extract a soft, juicy pulp, a really tasty cream.

Rich in antioxidants, potassium and mineral salts, the pure pulp of sweet olives from Apulia is a popular condiment used to flavour pasta dishes and for the preparation of countless recipes, perfect for appetisers, creative aperitifs and tasty side dishes.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
place the sealed tray in a steam oven at 100°C and cook for 8 minutes, or in the microwave at 800 watts for 6 minutes. Cook from frozen.
