A light and fragrant dough obtained from our wheat. It is an accurate selection aimed at reaching the goal that we had set: obtaining crispiness and lightness. Filled with cherry tomatoes and strong ricotta, a cheese from Apulia with a spicy taste, Pettole are handmade, pre-cooked and frozen with the IQF method (Individually Quick Frozen).
The sweet taste of the cherry tomato goes very well with strong ricotta. The soft bib obtained is ideal served hot for aperitifs and buffets.
- Fryer: with oil at 170°C for about 2 min.
- Air fryer: 170°C for about 4 min.
- Convection oven: 170°C for about 7 min.
- Conventional oven: 200°C for about 9 min.
